Since it's starting to feel a little bit like spring I thought we'd spice things up with watercolor sculptures. The kids loved mixing liquid watercolors to create beautiful washes, don't they look springy? The entire 1st grade will be trying their hand at watercolor this week.

Next week the students will take their dry papers and learn about sculpture, folding, bending, cutting and tearing to create a 3-d work of art.
