5th grade symmetrical masks

5th graders made exceptional symmetrical masks last week in art class.  We looked at masks from all around the world and discussed their similarities and differences.  Students tried a new way of collage with expanded shape and I have to say, the effort really shows, not that you can tell who is who in this photo!
