Printmaking with Mrs. Endres's class
This week in the art room we have been getting very messy! Lots of cool and warm colors were used to create beautiful works of art, here are a few of our many fish. Students in Mrs. Endre's Life Skills class used grasping and holding skills to experiment with different paints. We tried out stamps and dots and worked on the motion of up and down, the kids were pretty good at stamping by the end of the day. We dried our painted papers with a rubbing and pulling motion and proceeded to glue together some fabulous fishy business. While a mess was unquestionably made so was some fine motor skills coordination.
